The insight you present would benefit any MT using MS Word.
I like your no-nonsense approach to things and the layout of the book is attractive. A very fine endeavor, one that will benefit many! Really, a MUST HAVE for MS Word users.
Both of us have sought to help the production MT, you in seeking to make intelligible MS Word, me in producing a better word processor for the MT. Though we've approached it differently, we've sought the same goal. You've done good!

Seminars and classes don't teach you the shortcuts Cheryl's book does either. This is one investment you will not be sorry you made!

Cheryl, I just wanted to post it here what a GREAT tool you have produced in your above-mentioned manual. It has saved me soooo much time trying to locate the answer to questions in other places!! I have converted effortlessly from WP 5.1 and am (after 20 years of only WP) becoming a huge MS Word Fan! Thanks again.

I was helped by "Cheryl NV" for over a year in many ways on the MS Word board. (Also helped lots by Angela T and Vann Joe and others, BTW). When I heard Cheryl NV had a book out, I simply ordered it on faith, thinking that she has helped me so much for free that getting her book, even for the heck of it would be a fair payback, no matter what was in the book! Of course I was sure the book would be reasonable enough to give it a shot.
Well, it is just terrific. Very complete, very organized, nicely presented and worth every penny and then some. I do have some other dummies books, etc, but this book is so much more useful, and especially since it addresses the tasks that MTs do all day specifically (and explicitly).
The praises are well deserved!
